Return & Refund Policy

At Zero Essential, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help with a smooth and transparent return and refund process.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    • In its original packaging and seal (if applicable).

  • Certain products such as opened skincare items, beauty tools, personal care products, and gift cards are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.


2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us via email at coralbrands@yahoo.com or WhatsApp at +92 321 336 5551 with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once your request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence. We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on availability.


4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


5. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at coralbrands@yahoo.com.
