1. Eligibility for Returns

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Certain products such as opened skincare items, beauty tools, personal care products, and gift cards are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
 
2. Return Process

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
 
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence. We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on availability.
4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
 
5. Exchange Policy
